Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lunzar! Your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund or Replacement?

You may request a refund or a free replacement under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is not as described.
  • The item is damaged or defective (e.g., broken, wrong design, wrong color, poor quality).
  • The item was never delivered within the estimated timeframe.
  • The delivery time has passed significantly (eligible for partial refund).
  • Request window: All requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, or within 30 days of the estimated delivery date for non-delivered items.

Non-Refundable Situations

As all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Buyer’s remorse or personal preferences.
  • Incorrect size, color, or item selected by the customer.
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for any reason within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Email: [email protected]
  • Include:
    • Your order number.
    • A photo of the item and the issue (on a flat surface with the tag/error clearly visible).
    • A short description of the problem.

If the issue is verified, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund. You do not need to return the original item.

Note: This policy only covers issues caused by production or shipping. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or external factors (e.g., sunlight, improper care, modifications).

Item Not Received

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time (2–7 days for domestic, 7–28 days for international after 3–5 days of manufacturing), please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

You can request:

  • A full refund.
  • A free replacement.

Note: Refunds or replacements for non-delivered items are only applicable if the issue is due to an error by the shipping carrier (e.g., lost or mishandled packages). We will verify the issue with the carrier before processing your request. For non-delivery due to other factors (e.g., customs delays), please contact [email protected] for case-by-case evaluation.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days.
  • Credit/Debit Card (Stripe): Up to 10 business days.

If you don’t see the refund after that period, please contact your bank or PayPal for assistance.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error, you won’t need to return the item, and no fees will be charged.

If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs, and returns may not be accepted as items are custom-made
